New York, NY, October 9, 2012 – Labrador Technology’s new brand addresses firm’s evolution as a technology solutions provider, including new brand identity and corporate website.

Labrador Technology (www.labradortech.com), a top IT solutions consulting firm, recently unveiled a new brand identity to better align with the evolution the firm has undergone over the last few years.

The initiative officially began when Labrador engaged San Francisco-based brand and customer experience firm MCorp Consulting (www.mcorpconsulting.com) to develop brand strategy in support of a broad range of company culture, client experience and service delivery initiatives.

“We had initially wanted to refresh our brand,” said Labrador CEO Tom Bradbury, “instead, with MCorp’s guidance, we’ve also revitalized the firm by developing a strategic platform that now guides everything we do – from the ways we interact with and serve our clients to individual touchpoints across our customer lifecycle. Bottom line, we’re leveraging our new brand to grow faster and more strategically.”

MCorp led an exploration of Labrador’s unique core values – and what they mean to Labrador’s portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients – to understand how management could leverage these insights to influence the strategic direction of the firm. This exploration led to the articulation of a transformational brand and client experience strategy, implemented across multiple channels, including the Web.
