Labrador Technology

New York, NY, September 7, 2016 – Labrador Technology (www.labradortech.com), a leading IT strategy consulting, project management and design firm, today announced the promotion of Domenic Ferrante to Vice President of Business Services.

“Over the past six years, Domenic has been instrumental to our success,” said Thomas Bradbury, Labrador Technology CEO. “His reputation and track record in our industry have become critical to helping us drive new business. Equally important, he’s a natural leader. Everyone on our team looks up to him, so this was a natural next step for him and our business.”

With this new promotion, Domenic will transition away from all day-to-day project work and focus exclusively on new client development and account management in the tri state area. “He’s already proven himself in this area,” added Bradbury. “Under his leadership, we expect to see significant business growth in the New York City area, as well as in New Jersey markets where we’ve already built considerable momentum.” In this new role, Domenic will also be joining the management team, helping to develop new strategies for growing revenue.

“By working directly with Michael Diodato, EVP of Operations at Labrador Technology, and myself, Domenic’s role will be vital to growing Labrador,” added Bradbury. “Michael will be free to focus on building the infrastructure of the firm and recruiting new talent. And I’ll be able to focus on continuing to build the WorkplaceUX offering on a national and global level.” This alignment of skillsets, expertise, and business needs will position Labrador Technology to better handle the success it’s realizing, as well as set the business up for the continued growth.
