New York, NY, February 20, 2013 – Labrador Technology (www.labradortech.com) has recently completed an engagement with a leading Investment Management Firm with over $400 billion in assets under management. With over 3,000 employees located across more than 40 cities internationally, the client’s real estate portfolio is widespread and complex. In the closing months of 2012, they decided to reposition their U.S. space portfolio to improve efficiency at twelve (12) branch offices, one back office facility, and their New York headquarters.

Labrador was brought on to be responsible for all technology elements of the real estate efficiency program and to report directly to the IT management team located at the client’s NYC headquarters. Working with the facilities, construction, and business stakeholders, Labrador was the single point of contact for all information technology elements of the real estate program. Consolidating responsibilities in this way helped ensure seamless efforts across the roughly 75,000 SQF in branch office space as well the updates at the headquarters.

As a global company with significant international investments, downtime needed to be minimized during all project work. Some of the offices also included subleased space, which further complicated matters. Labrador worked closely with the local teams at each of the offices to ensure downtime was minimized and communication with tenants was handled appropriately for all technology related work.

Labrador’s expertise in IT project management and infrastructure design ensured consistent quality across each project. Additionally, using standard infrastructure specifications and aggregate material orders for the entire portfolio allowed Labrador to negotiate bulk pricing, which significantly lowered the overall cost to the client.

The project timeline was aggressive, starting in September 2012 and completing in December 2012. Labrador was up to the task and helped this client improve their U.S. real estate portfolio, while maintaining continuity of day-to-day operations.

New York, NY, December 20, 2012 – Labrador Technology formally announces their IT Management Consulting practice in response to evolving client needs.

Labrador’s IT Management Consulting Group helps clients understand and efficiently apply forward-looking concepts – such as the future of Workplace Technology and Collaboration and Mobility – in practical, strategic ways. Understanding the infrastructure, technology, and business value in areas such as these allows Labrador to serve its clients more effectively.

“We’ve always led critical IT-driven initiatives to successful outcomes for our clients,” said Labrador CEO Tom Bradbury, “because of the quality of our strategic thinking and the expert delivery of our project management. As our clients’ needs – and our business – have evolved, we’ve been increasingly tasked with driving business value by evaluating solutions to bridge the disconnects between IT and overall business strategy. As a result, earlier this year we formed our IT Management Consulting Group to better address clients’ needs in understanding the rapidly evolving technology solutions landscape and new opportunities to enhance their business.”

The Management Consulting Group was created to ensure Labrador could dedicate efforts to increased demand from its clients to strategically consider technology and how it serves their business, while keeping the growing Design and Delivery division dedicated to new and ongoing transformational projects. Labrador’s Design and Delivery division, which focuses on IT, AV, and Security physical infrastructure projects, has steadily grown into a thriving business unit in its own right: Labrador is now working across the country and around the globe to help organizations build solid infrastructures for their offices, data centers, and mission critical facilities.

“From the evolution of our Management Consulting Group to the sustained growth of our Design and Delivery group as they take on ever-more sophisticated challenges and projects with global significance,” continued Mr. Bradbury, “Labrador continues to successfully deliver on the increasingly IT-driven business strategy and value issues our clients face.”

In the 12 years since Labrador was formed, the organization has continued to refine and expand its infrastructure design and project management consulting services. Today, the company’s extensive IT service offerings include:

10/9/2012

New York, NY, October 9, 2012 – Labrador Technology’s new brand addresses firm’s evolution as a technology solutions provider, including new brand identity and corporate website.

Labrador Technology (www.labradortech.com), a top IT solutions consulting firm, recently unveiled a new brand identity to better align with the evolution the firm has undergone over the last few years.

The initiative officially began when Labrador engaged San Francisco-based brand and customer experience firm MCorp Consulting (www.mcorpconsulting.com) to develop brand strategy in support of a broad range of company culture, client experience and service delivery initiatives.

“We had initially wanted to refresh our brand,” said Labrador CEO Tom Bradbury, “instead, with MCorp’s guidance, we’ve also revitalized the firm by developing a strategic platform that now guides everything we do – from the ways we interact with and serve our clients to individual touchpoints across our customer lifecycle. Bottom line, we’re leveraging our new brand to grow faster and more strategically.”

MCorp led an exploration of Labrador’s unique core values – and what they mean to Labrador’s portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients – to understand how management could leverage these insights to influence the strategic direction of the firm. This exploration led to the articulation of a transformational brand and client experience strategy, implemented across multiple channels, including the Web.

Michael Hinshaw, MCorp’s Managing Director, stated “For fast-growth firms like Labrador, getting an ‘outside-in’ view of market perceptions is the foundation for understanding client expectations – and identifying opportunities to better serve customers, and more effectively position their company.”

“Engaging MCorp was a great step for us,” continued Mr. Bradbury, “because they helped us formally recognize some of the things we are great at, and marry them to the services our clients really value. Their process helped us better understand the unique value our firm provides to our clients, and identify specific opportunities for us to develop new services and a stronger competitive offering, setting the stage for continued growth.”

The new brand kicks off a new era for Labrador. In the twelve years since Labrador was formed they have expanded their infrastructure design and project management consulting firm; today, their IT service offerings are extensive, and include:

• IT Strategy & Transformation
• Data Center Development
• Modernization & Optimization
• Technology Architecture
• Workspace Transformation
• Implementation
